There were pickles, and feet in red shoes; roses, and postcards hanging by fish wire; red ribbons and biscotti. And there were bodies. Oh so many bodies. Thank you to everyone who made it out to the launch of The Pickled Body and its inaugural issue The Red Shoes. It was a beautiful evening, full of the sensual and surreal.
