Issue 1.2 Amuse Bouche – The Postcards

Here are all the postcards from Issue 1.2 Amuse Bouche.  The issue features work by 14 contributors, including Alvy Carragher, Geoffrey Gatza, Karl Parkinson, and Jessica Traynor.  The feature is a feast for the eyes, an amuse bouche for the senses. It celebrates the art of poetry and the art of food with a collaboration between the literary and culinary arts.  Deepest thanks to the chefs for their wonderful response and beautiful poetically-inspired amuse bouches- Stephen Byrne, Gareth Eoin Storey, Giles Clarke, and Geoffrey Gatza.
